Services are billed according to the agreed-upon package or hourly rate. Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

Services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Pre-paid services are non-refundable but may be transferred to future campaigns with Company approval.

We maintain strict confidentiality of your business information, client lists, and campaign details. All information shared with us remains proprietary to your business.

While we guarantee our calling efforts and lead qualification process, we cannot guarantee specific conversion rates or sales results, as these depend on multiple factors beyond our control.

7. Data Usage

We comply with all applicable data protection laws including TCPA and GDPR. We only contact prospects using legally obtained contact information and honor all opt-out requests.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific campaign in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
